We had a really wonderful stay at Park Holiday Congress & Wellness Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help — it truly made a difference and created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a good variety and everything fresh and well organized. A special highlight was the hotel restaurant — we ended up having dinner there all three evenings. The food was consistently delicious, prices were very reasonable, and the service was just as warm and professional as everywhere else in the hotel. Next time, I will definitely book half board. The location is fantastic, especially for families with children. Right nearby, there is a large water park, a big indoor playroom, a petting zoo, and even a parrot world. We didn’t manage to visit everything this time, which is actually a great reason for us to come back — and we absolutely plan to. Although we didn’t have time to use the wellness area, we saw it and it looked very pleasant and not overcrowded. There is also a well-equipped gym available. The only small downside for us was that parking is paid, but everything else fully met or exceeded our expectations.

Very lovely spa facilities. The staff are kind and are able to appropriately deal with any issues that may arise during your stay. Excellent customer service.
